Bank Transfer Payment Deadline
Please complete your payment within 7 days from the date of your order. If the payment is not received within this period, your order will be automatically cancelled.
Delivery Time
- Domestic Shipping (Japan): Shipped within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation.
- International Shipping: Shipped within 5–14 business days after payment confirmation (Delays may occur).
- For Fan Club items, Pre-order items, and Special collections, please refer to the specific product page.
Returns and Exchanges
- For both domestic and international orders, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer preference.
- Exchanges are only accepted in the case of defective products, and will be replaced with the same item.
- If you receive a defective product, you must contact us within 7 days of arrival.
- In the event that an item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead of an exchange.
- In principle, returns and exchanges are not accepted for international shipping. Please note that exchanges or refunds for defective international orders may take longer to process.
Order Delivery and Unclaimed Items
- If a package is returned to us due to long-term absence or refusal to receive, the customer will be responsible for all re-shipping fees.
- If no request for re-shipping is made within one month of the item’s return, the order will be treated as cancelled. Please note that no refunds will be issued in this case.
International Orders and Shipping
- We accept and ship orders internationally.
- While shipping fees are included in the product price, please be aware that customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Please note that tracking information may be limited or unavailable depending on the destination and courier.
- We cannot be held responsible for any delays or losses caused by severe weather, customs procedures, or the shipping carrier's circumstances.
Other Important Notes
- While we strive to display product images as accurately as possible, colors may vary depending on your viewing environment or monitor settings.
- Purchase for the purpose of resale is strictly prohibited.
- Cancellations are not accepted for Fan Club exclusive items and Made-to-order products.
- Regarding Fan Club cards: If a card is lost or damaged due to customer handling, shipping carrier issues, or customs procedures, please note that your Fan Club membership number may be subject to change upon re-issuance.
