Handling of Personal Data for the Prevention of the Spread of COVID-19

In the event that a positive COVID-19 case is identified or suspected at a concert organized by the Company, the Company may provide personal information to national institutions, public health centers, or other local government authorities, only when permitted by laws and regulations and only to the extent necessary for contact tracing purposes. The personal information of infected individuals will not be disclosed, but notifications may be sent to registered attendees.

Supervision of Employees and Contractors

The Company provides necessary supervision to all employees who handle personal information, as well as to contractors entrusted with all or part of the handling of personal information, to ensure appropriate and secure management of such information.

Requests Regarding Personal Information

The Company responds to requests for disclosure, correction, deletion, suspension of use, or other matters concerning personal information in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
